Environmental Tank & Container (ETC) – Texas, formerly PCI Manufacturing Solutions, LLC, has earned its certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for quality. This is the first time the company has earned the certification, and is valid through 2021.
ETC – Texas is an expansion of ETC – Pennsylvania in the JWF Industries family of companies.
ETC – Pennsylvania was created as a division of JWF Industries in 2011 when the company began manufacturing products for the oil and gas industry. ETC – Pennsylvania has retained the ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2013, and is certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). The division has been named the Oil & Gas Awards Manufacturer of the Year for 2018 and 2019.

The certification encompasses design, fabrication, processing, assembly, and painting of ferrous and non-ferrous metal, armor, stainless steel, and aluminum products for the commercial, military, oil and gas field, and energy industries.
To earn ISO 9001:2015 certification companies must adhere to quality standards including:
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
- Enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. (Source: iso.org)

ETC – Texas produces custom-built equipment for the oil and gas industry, and specialized steel manufactured items. ETC – Texas products include, but are not limited to, liquid storage tanks, vacuum transports, belly / end dumps, mobile ponds, waste containers, and skidded and vacuum mud tanks.
