Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business have named JWF Industries as one of the Best Places to Work in PA.
The awards are held in partnership with Best Companies Group. Johnstown, PA (October 23, 2024) – Best Places to Work in PA identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in Pennsylvania in three categories: small employer (15-99 employees), medium employer (100-249) and large employer (250 or more). To be considered, companies must be a publicly or privately held business; be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity; have a facility in the state of Pennsylvania; have at least 15 full-time or part-time employees working in Pennsylvania; and be in business a minimum of one year.
Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey process, analyzed the data, and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
President and CEO, William C. Polacek, stated “I am proud to announce that JWF Industries has earned the distinction of being named one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in PA for the second year in a row. What makes this award even more special is that JWF employees unanimously completed questionnaires to vote for JWF to be awarded a Best Place to Work in PA. Every day we strive for ways to improve and the feedback we receive from our JWFamily is one way to keep moving forward in our journey to be the Employer of Choice in our region.”
