Job Description
JWFI is a growing metal manufacturing company, continuing to expand into defense & other markets with long-term work. We’re looking to interview experienced CNC Machinists and Machine Operators at all levels to join the team at our Woodvale machining and welding facility.
Our highly skilled CNC Machinists perform set up and operations, working side by side with the Quality Department to ensure exacting tolerances are held, quality parts are shipped, and on-time delivery dates are met.
Essential Duties
CNC Machinists will need knowledge/experience reading drawings and blueprints to determine critical part information, and have experience with part inspection and related hand tools/precision measuring devices.

All education/experience levels will be considered
Experience
Candidates will be evaluated throughout the interview process for placement into Machining positions of varying levels including: Machine Operator, Machinist, Set-up Machinist.

Job Description
Applicants will be screened against current and future hiring needs.
Experienced Welder candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of current MIG and/or TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
Fits and welds fabricated and metal components to manufacture weldments and sub-assemblies or related components using FCAW, GMAW or Aluminum processes. Work requires the ability to weld most sub-assemblies in production and fit and/or weld on most jigs for all production requirements.
Essential Duties
These weld positions will lay out, fit, and weld steel and aluminum fabricated components to manufacture weldments and sub-assemblies utilizing established welding processes:
-Welds on medium and/or large fabrications in a jig fixture
-Welds on large fabrication projects in multiple positions that may include but is not limited to overhead, flat, and/or horizontal
-Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding according to blueprints
-Properly sets up and adjusts welding machine and various equipment as needed
Education Level
Formal education/training in welding required
Experience
To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of current welding experience. No entry-level needs at this time.
-Successful candidates will be certified, steel and/or aluminum qualified.
-Must be able to interpret complex blueprints & weld symbols, and fit/weld according to print (including the ability to build weldments from prints).

Job Description
The successful candidate will install, repair, troubleshoot & maintain metalworking machinery, and repair electrical equipment (wiring according to code).
Essential Duties
-Troubleshoots mechanical devices and machinery in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble; dismantles to gain access to, repair or remove defective parts.
-Installs and maintains equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
-Starts devices and machinery to test their performance.
-Repairs electrical equipment and wiring according to code and machine requirements. Troubleshoots electrical control panels from electrical schematics.
Education Level
Completion of vocational or trade school in electrical field preferred
Experience
-Preferred candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
-Must have strong working knowledge of PLC and electronics; experience in industrial electrical installation of 600 volts or less. Experience with industrial hydraulic systems preferred. 3-phase industrial electricity experience highly preferred
-Must have the ability to perform all duties in safe manner, in concern for self, co-workers and the equipment.
-Work requires the ability to read and comprehend simple to complex instructions, blue prints, and short memos, as well as the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be able to comprehend and understand control circuit electrical diagrams.

Job Description
At JWF Industries, the Safety Lead is responsible for developing and implementing health and safety plans, enforcing policies, and assessing risk. They will conduct & facilitate training, monitor compliance, investigate incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement, aiming to create an overall safe workplace environment. The Safety Lead is also responsible for creating safety initiatives for the company and verifying that the workplace is run in accordance with legal guidelines and OSHA safety requirements. The focus is on promoting occupational health & safety and minimizing risks for employees.
Essential Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Visit all facilities and all work cells regularly to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment and materials
- Evaluate, assess and alter safety procedures and policies for the benefit of employees and JWFI
- Analyze accident reports and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts; track incident metrics and apply findings
- Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Communicate with insurance companies & governing bodies and make recommendations in regard to Safety matters
Experience
Work will require a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Work requires knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment techniques, and the ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies
Work requires a high level of attention to detail and visual observations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; excellent organizational and motivational skills are required
