JWF Industries and JWF Defense Systems has been awarded new contracts from Flyer Defense, BAE SYSTEMS, JBT Aerotech, Kongsberg Defense and Aerospace, Saab, Inc, and commercial customers.
Flyer Defense, JWF Defense Systems Collaborate for Major International Customer
Flyer Defense, LLC is expanding its manufacturing relationship with JWF Defense Systems, LLC (JWF) to jointly produce and assemble its Flyer 72 Vehicle.
In August, Flyer Defense and JWF signed a contract to collaborate for the production and assembly of the Flyer 72 vehicle in connection with Flyer Defense’s fulfillment of a direct commercial production contract for a major international customer.
With the deal, Flyer Defense will broaden its long-standing relationship with JWF, the company already responsible for producing the chassis and body for more than 1,000 Flyer vehicles for the USSOCOM Ground Mobility Vehicle 1.1 program.

JWF Defense Awarded Contracts from BAE Systems for Ground Combat Vehicle Components
JWF Defense Systems, LLC has received a total of $20 million dollars in contracts from BAE Systems, Inc. to manufacture components and various structural and mechanical parts in support of multiple combat vehicle modernization programs. JWF is proud to be recognized as a medalist in BAE Systems’ Partner to Win supplier recognition program. JWF has been working with BAE Systems on ground combat vehicle programs for over 16 years.
JWF Defense Awarded Another Contract from JBT Aerotech to Continue to Build Next Generation Small Loaders
JWF Defense Systems, LLC has received a follow-on contract for additional fabricated components for the Air Force’s Next Generation Small Loader (NGSL). The contract value is over $1.2 Million.

JWF Defense Systems is part of JWF Industries, a metal centric product contract manufacturer with a wide array of capabilities in metal manufacturing located in Johnstown, PA for over 30 years. The company has over 1,000,000 square feet of manufacturing space in seven locations.
JWF Defense Awarded Another Contract from Kongsberg Defense and Aerospace
JWF Defense Systems, LLC has received over $2.2 million in new contract awards from Kongsberg Defense and Aerospace for Low Profile Remote Weapon Station, XM914, and MK 50 hardware and mechanical parts, and for Technical Refresh Upgrade components for various CROWS Weapons systems platforms. JWF and Kongsberg have a long standing partnership launched in 2007. JWF is pleased to support Kongsberg on their Remote Weapon Station Platforms for the past 14 years.
JWF Defense Awarded Another Contract from Saab, Inc.
JWF Defense Systems, LLC has received additional contracts from Saab Inc. for just over $1,000,000 to produce components for the TAR, G/ATOR ground based radar system, and the U.S. Department of State.
JWF Awarded $21 Million Commercial Contract
JWF Industries has been awarded a follow-on production contract for $21 million on a commercial capital investment project with a confidential commercial customer. JWF participated in the initial design for manufacturability, prototype construction, and product validation processes of the project before winning the LRIP and FRIP awards. Initial Contract performance began in the 4th quarter of 2017 and will continue through the 4th quarter of 2022.
